What Do I Do If I Don't See The Coins In My Balance After Purchase?

Coin purchases can take anywhere from 1-5 minutes for the coins to transfer over to your balance. However, if you still do not see your coins, it is recommended to relaunch the Jackpot Island application.

To relaunch the app:

Press the Home button two times quickly (or swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause while still pressing the screen). You'll see small previews of your recently used apps.

Swipe left to find the app you want to close.

Swipe up on the app's preview to close it.

If the coins have still not transferred over, please reach out to the support team and make sure to include as many details of your purchase as possible (date and time, amount, coins/package purchased, etc).

What are the different kinds of daily rewards?

Daily Bonus: The Daily Bonus is a free gift and will be in the Lobby waiting for you every 3 hours. The Daily Bonus gets bigger with each level up you do. Another way to Boost your Daily Bonus is by getting a Club Pass, it will make it 50% bigger.

Wheel Bonus: After you collect the Daily Bonus 4 times in a row (the time span does not matter), the Wheel Bonus will appear in its place.

The Wheel Bonus has the Daily Bonus multiplied on its Wedges, you spin the mini game and get a reward.

The White Wedge and Black Wedge have the highest rewards with the multipliers of the Daily Bonus being:

- X50 for the White Wedge

- X100 for the Black Wedge

After you play the mini game, the reward gets boosted by adding a friends bonus (for the number of Facebook friends you have) and a Status Bonus.

Lottery Bonus: If you collect the Daily Bonus for 3 consecutive days, the Lottery Bonus will get activated in the Lobby.

The mini game will shuffle 20 Balls with 8 available multipliers. The multiplier you receive will be added to the amount of the Daily Bonus.

What is the Daily Rush?

The "Daily Rush" is a reward mechanism that will be refreshed every day. You can get brand new tasks every 24 hours. When the game is refreshed after one day, new "Daily Rush" goals and rewards will be automatically assigned.

Start:

What is the Daily Mission & Gem?

Achieve a specific goal given in a mission to get your reward. Rewards are redeemed by gems and the gems are either earned in the game or can be purchased.

What is in the inbox?

Inbox is a way for you to collect and send gifts. Players can also choose to connect their accounts with their Facebook for exclusive rewards.

To collect gifts, simply click on the Collect tab in the inbox to claim your rewards. In addition, once your Facebook account has been linked, you will receive exclusive rewards, as well.

What is the storyline of the fantasy island and how does it play?

Wild Stays Feature 

Each purchased base game has a game number from 1. If the player changes bet, the Game number will reset to 1.

After each purchased game  <SC> appearing in any position on the reels transforms into a frame and the frame locks over that position.

After the reel spin of game 5 all symbols positions framed transform into WILD and frames reset for game 1.

If on any 5th game there are six or more frames the Hold and Spin feature is triggered.

Free Games Feature 

3x BN to trigger the free games feature.

If  BN symbols land on reels 1 and 3, then extend spin on reel 5. 

In the free games BN does not appear on the reels.

Basically, the player is awarded with 15 free games with the Wild Stays Feature.
